We offer the following digital marketing and creative services:

  • Creative Content Production — graphics, videos, blog posts, copywriting, visual content

  • UX / UI Design — website/app interface design, usability and user experience enhancements

  • E-commerce Solutions — setting up online stores, payment gateways, product listings, etc.

Service deliverables and timelines will be agreed upon in writing before each project begins.

Payments

  • All payments are to be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are determined based on scope, complexity, and resource requirements of each project.

  • Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which we will communicate beforehand.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • If a project hasn’t yet started, a full refund of payments made is possible.

  • Once work has begun, refunds are partial and evaluated based on the amount of work already completed.

  • For completed deliverables, refunds are not available unless there is a failure on our part to deliver as agreed.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all original work produced for you (designs, content, code, etc.) becomes your property.

  • We reserve the right to use non-confidential deliverables as part of our portfolio or marketing materials.

Liability

  • We strive to meet project goals, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., ranking positions, conversions, revenue jumps).

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits, business disruption, or reputation damage.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

  • Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
