Services Refunds

  • If services have not yet started, you are entitled to a full refund upon requesting cancellation.

  • After work begins, refunds are partial, depending on how much work has already been completed.

  • For deliverables fully completed and delivered, refunds are not available unless we fail to deliver as per agreed specifications.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel ongoing projects or retainers with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Any prepaid amounts for work not yet performed will be refunded or credited.

  • If work is in progress, we will calculate costs for completed portion and adjust accordingly.
